These Lake Bluff homeowners have their furnace in the attic.  The lack of insulation was causing heat to escape and ice damming to occur.  Our team was able to go in and build a Silver-Glo room around the furnace.  Now the heat no longer escapes, everything is better insulated and ice damming is no longer an issue.
